They just simply have so many customers that a middle class person working honest job and trying to maka a living isn't important enough. Staff in South Coastal Bank is different. They are nice to everyone, very helpful and Quincy branch location is the best. It is right in the center. I am very happy being with this bank. They resolve problems within one or two bussines days max. Unlike big banks (that have customer servive 24/7), they really do work for me. You never wait long in line, you get free checking and free savings accounts, free online banking, free 1800 banking, password revovery within seconds and their website is quick and easy. Love it!
