| About: | The sign promises fine Italian cuisine as you walk through the front doors of IL Faro Ristorante. The atmosphere is modern Italian with romantic lighting and festive decorations. The owners have an obvious love of light houses as the walls and tables have pictures and statues galore. Somehow these nautical works of art do not look out of place. Indeed, they add to the charm. The food is excellent, moderately priced and it is a REALLY popular neighborhood restaurant. |

User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsOne of the better Italian Resturants in Medford. Not too expensive but with the right wine you can always spend more. Service is decent and the food is prepared and presented well. I have enjoyed the veal and fish dishes best.

Love the food here. Very nice atmosphere. Great place for a special dinner celebration.Don't know what the people below were complaining about I thought that was an okay price for 4 people with apps, food and drinks. Service is outstanding.

Terrific neighborhood restaurant. Nice bar, good service, great food. As good an Osso Bucco as in the North End. Always enjoy my meal and the service is exceptional. Worth a try.
