Express Towing

When I called AAA about a car that wouldn't start, they called Express Towing to test my battery and replace it if necessary. Eventually, after about a half-hour wait, I got a call from Express Towing saying that they were on their way. Then another call, after another half-hour, saying that they would be pulling up momentarily. And I waited. And waited. Twenty minutes later, I decided to call them back. The woman on the phone said that the driver DID come and waited for me for ten minutes before being dispatched elsewhere. This was after 1 1/2 hours of waiting outside in the freezing cold with the hood of my car up!! She had the nerve to tell me that I was lying, that she had called me TWICE (not true!), and the driver couldn't come back--I'd have to call AAA again. So now my car still isn't running, and I've wasted 1 1/2 hours of my life. If at all possible, AVOID!!!
