User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe stopped here late June 25, Friday about 10:05, after having picked our daughter up at Logan Airport in Boston. We just wanted to grab something quickly and be on our way to Plymouth for the weekend. Our daughter went in and asked how late they were open and the girl at the hostess stand said 10:30. She said that the dining room was closed and that we would have to sit in the bar area. We went in found seats in the bar and were ignored by every employee in the restaurant until we walked out 20 minutes later. If they didn't want to serve us they should have told us that when we asked how late they were open. This place is a joke and they are very rude particularly the girl at the hostess stand. She walked past us several times and refused to look at us or answer any questions. Her concern was to get out of the restaurant and be on her way. Please tell customers that you do not want them to come in, don't say that you are open and then ignore them until they leave. I called the restaurant home office the next Monday and they said that someone would call me in a couple of days so that I could tell them about our rude treatment. That was a week ago and I have not heard from anyone. This speaks to the attitude of the employees that night....they don't care about customers and neither does upper level management.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis place is pretty good and VERY interesting decor. Pretty kid friendly and the food is GOOD and you get a very good amount. Recommended and very worth trying at lest once ( and more! )
