Would be perfect if they utilized a plate warmer.: Every single time I go to Rock Bottom in Braintree, the meal comes out stone cold. Don't they have a warming station for plates to sit before waitresses bring them out? It's like the chef finishes preparing the dish, and then places it in the fridge. It's too bad too, because the food and beer are both great tasting they just shouldn't be served at the same temperature. Although the last time I went, the bartender didn't wait for the stout to settle so I got half a glass of beer. Either way, be sure to get a table near the kitchen so your meal will come out at least a little warmer. I do like the complimentary valet service though.

We go nearly every week to The Bottom: Unique menu, fabulous salads and brewery fresh beer. My favorite beers at The Bottom include Cinc De Mayo (jalapeno beer) and Lumpy Dog. Beer of the Week is $1.99 and if you are a Mug Club Member, your beer is always upgraded to a pint. The dining area is nice, but we prefer the bar area. You seat yourself and there plenty of atmosphere. The wait staff in the bar area is much more efficient and cordial than in the dining area, we have found. We always seem to get a new waitress in the dining area. The Brew Master is always around in the bar area and ready to talk beer with whoever wants to. Well, we are on are way there again tonight.
