   By far the lowest prices and best customer service of all the stores we visited. No hassle, no pressure. We love our new mattress!

   LOWEST PRICE, BEST SERVICE: My wife and I bought our mattress there 4 years ago and they had the best price of any of the stores we had been to. So when our daughter needed a mattress we brought her there. They showed her a many nice sets well within her price range that she liked but she still wanted to shop around. All it took was going to one more store and we were right back at mattress and futon king where the salesperson was much more helpful and the mattress my daughter wanted was less expensive. Great locally owned company. That has earned mine and my daughters business forever.

   NEVER AGAIN!!!: Horrible service!!! We bought a new king size bed and had it delivered (45 minutes away) with their "free delivery". When they came to set up the bed parts were missing on the bedframe. The delivery person asked if we wanted it "set up anyway". We said absolutely not as it would not have any support in the middle and the bed would collapse!!! We called the store and the owner and salesman was there who sold us the bed. They told us to come get the missing parts ourselves and set it up or have the delivery guy take the bed back (I had just broken down our old waterbed and put in in the dumpster so we had no where to sleep)!!!!!! I told them I had a mattress store across the street from where I lived and I would just go by a new frame if they would reimburse me. They said absolutely not!! They made us drive all the way back to the store and pick up missing parts and put the bed together ourselves!!!! Nonetheless, they were yelling at us when we called to tell them the parts were missing!! THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT!!! This is the most obserd customer "service" I have ever seen!!! Please do not shop here.........and be cautious about their "free delivery"......apparently it's only free if all the parts come with the delivery......otherwise, you will be picking up the missing parts and setting it up yourself!!!! HORRIBLE!!
