User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWorst hotel I have ever stayed at: First off, I'd like to say that I work in the hospitality industry, and this hotel is not up to par at all. I put a do not disturb sign on my door when I arrived. To my suprise a team member just came walking in, no knock or anything. Then I go to take a shower and there are small hairs all over the room including the bed. Very disgusting. I called the front desk and was moved immediately to a new room, which unfortunately had more hairs as well. First thing they should of done was double check the new room. Although the staff was very accommidating, I couldn't help but feel like I was staying in some cheap motel, just paying $200 a night. I was moved to a third room and offered free breakfast, but I did not feel clean AT ALL. Since we are starwood preffered guest, I submitted the findings to the customer service department, only to be told that they helped me by moving me and offering me breakfast. I will NEVER stay at this property AGAIN, nor will I continue to come back to any of there brands. Hilton will no for sure be my favorite brand of hotels.
