    Ok what can I say. 1 hour wait for a wrap. Then the couple beside us had a complaint about there meaal and we watched as the Manger and waitress opened up the wrap she got and just added and removed what she requested. Then they requested the manager when they got there check and he said that what had happened was unexceptionable. But he was the one who helped do the change. What a joke to go to friendly's and be there for two hours for a sandwich and a wrap. And service with a smile yes right not with the waitress we had.

    I am so done with any Friendly's they all are way to slow.

    Needs work: The workers need to be more cheerful, they seem to be unhappy. The food is average, They aren't up to speed with the orders. There are better Friendly's restaurants that are better.
