He arrived on time, had all the parts to repair my refrigerator and dryer in his truck, and fixed the problems in only one visit. His prices are reasonable and he was even a pleasure to chat with while he was performing the repair work. Now, instead of buying a whole new refrigerator, I have one that works like new! Warren and Precision Appliance are highly recommended in my book.

About 10 years ago I needed service on my dryer. I found Precision Appliance in a local ad booklet called the Stoughton PennySaver. Without any referrals, I took a leap of faith and called Warren (the owner). He responded immediately, fixed my dryer, and charged a fee that I was sure was too good to be true. The next time, I needed service was for my washer...same great service...same affordable and reasonable cost for the repair. My washer and dryer are now 20 years old...my children are now 12 and 15...that washer and dryer owe me nothing. Over the past 10 years, one or the other has had some problem about every 18 months including one of my kids standing on the dryer door when it was open. Warren's response time and prices have remained so great that I haven't even considered purchasing new appliances...nor has he ever suggested that I need to consider such an expense. I recently had another problem with my washer. Of course I called Warren/Precision. I left him a blank signed check because I was not going to be home when he came to service my washer...that is a level of trust that most of us don't get to experience anymore with people we do business with. Precision Appliance should be your first choice...you will never need to look for anyone else again!

called Precision Appliance about my dryer not running the owner Warren was very nice and prompt he came out the same day to fix my dryer. His charge was affordable and I was very happy with his work. Will definetly use him again he is highly reccomended.
