User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest Pizza: Central Cafe has had the "Best Pizza in Middleboro" most of their life here. I continue to believe they still have it, even with a different cook (unless they got him back already). In my opinion they still have the best pizza in town. Take out and delivery is a must, as long as its pizza, I guarentee you will like it! Best value, I should mention too!

Quality slipping away: Used to have excellent pizza and very good bonless buffalo tenders.. Must have a new cook maybe? Guys please get the old cook back...Some waitresses are very tentive and some are not. Hope you get a good one! They still keep the beer comming, isn't that all that matters..
