My husband & I took my Dad there for Father's Day. My husband had chicken marsala & it was very plain; he couldn't taste the marsala sauce. He never sends things back or complained, but he did. The waiter got my order wrong, therefore I had to wait for mine while they ate. When I did get my meal the scallops were a bit overdone-burnt in spots. We will never go there again, we were all very disappointed!
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsDo not believe all you here.: To start off we had reservations and arrived about 15 min. early { party of four} we were told the table was not ready and there would be about a 60 min. wait. unless we wanted to give up our reservation and sit in the bar area. We were told that would only be a 30-40 min wait. We had planed for some time to bring our friends here because we had heard good things about the place. We waited about 45 min and was told that a table was ready. We were escourted in only to be sat at a table that was only partialy cleared. It took about another 15 min to get it cleared and reset. A waitress came over and said she would be our server and took a drink order,we did not see her again for almost 20 min and two of the drinks were wrong. In looking back I suppose we should have finished our drinks and politely left. Instead we ordered our app. and meal at the same time hoping to speed things up. What a mess 2 of the dinners came out first then one app. to be followed by the other meals and about 15min later the remainder of our order. Food quality was lackluster to say the least { cold,greasy and incorrect}
Sorry to say we will not be back nor will we refer this place to anyone.

4 Stars? Sounds like a 1 star to me. I had pretty much the same experience
The place is glitzy but the food is bland. I have had pretty much the same experience whenever I have tried Isaacs. The only thing I enjoy is the Lobster Fantasy, but I can't afford this everytime I go out to eat. Also, they serve these disgusting, huge, microwaved potatoes and tell you they are baked! I suppose microwaving food makes it easier for the elderly clientele to gum.
