User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAfter having my car towed to Jeep Randloph a number of the employees at the dealers office refuse too provided me with customer service.... Although I did not purchase my truck from the dealer but, they were listed as a repair provider as of today its Wednesday June 2009 three days since my truck was towed still not fix nor have they even evaluated the car there not has moved the staff has been abusive .....,,,,,,,this makes me wonder is this WHY Crysler going under for their poor customer sevice....JEEP OF RANDLOPH SHAME ON YOU...this is a Crysler product....
