I wear a few of my button down shirts untucked and the cleaner has had such an ongoing issue with not putting this unsightly mark on the bottom of the shirt by the last button. Haft the shirts come back with it and need to be sent back out and others are fine. Oh well thats where we clip them they when we press the shirt they say.. THEN PRESS IT OUT!!! I finally have had it and am looking for a new cleaner that cares about quality and has less of an "oh well attitude" for its service to its clients. I mean I am perfectly capable of doing a haft ass job on my own, so I certainly don't need to pay them for one..

On the way out the door the women was nice enough to tell me that all the cleaners are going to do the same thing.. Gosh I hope that is not the case..
