User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNEVER GO!!!!!!!: I called Roslianes today to make an appointment for a package I saw online. The first thing I did was ask the woman a question about the package, she responded, " I dont know, we have lots of packages", and then asked me if i was on the website, basically saying look at it yourself. After this, i said forget it and hung up. This woman had my Work email address, and had the nerve to email me at work saying that I was extremely RUDE for haning up on her!! I was outside while I was talking to this woman in the first place and it was windy, did she ever think maybe she just didnt hear me? I suggest some customer service training. Emailing someone at work calling them rude is not only unprofessional but uncalled for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
