Rude staff @ desk; No Management: I parked in their garage for about 15 minutes & ran next door to the nursing home & back & the desk girl charged me $8.00. When I asked to see a manager to clarify policy she became extremely rude- I am currently trying to get a response/resolution from management & will update when/if that occurs. Overall courtesy is probably a barometer of general hospitality, if so AVOID this place!

Less than Average: We've stayed here several times from its opening to very recently. Everything has progressively deteriorated from the room cleanliness to the towels to the service. Had it not been for convenient location, this hotel should not be in business.

Loved The Location!: I so enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The front desk personnel was a pure delight. I was totally impressed with the speed of check-in and check-out.

Although the room appeared to be small, it was ideal for me. It had a king sized bed, sofa, table and desk. The skylight view from my window was very nice.

The Courtyard by Marriott is perfectly located. I was amazed how I easily moved from point A to point B via public transit and by foot. And believe me, for a person with no sense of direction, this was a major feat.

Brookline is great. Everything from a Trader's Joe, liquor store, and some of the best pizza, and ethnic food is right outside the door of the Marriott. Whatever I needed was within walking distance from the hotel.

With so many excellent restaurants so close to the hotel, there was no reason to order in room service. Note: I ate breakfast at the Marriott. Forget it. The food was tasteless.

    I happily recommend this hotel.
