Honda Village

Brought in my boyfriend's car to have driver side mirror replaced ... they were convenient and had the part in stock - which is why we went there.

It took them 30 minutes more than the estimate, and for some reason they poked around UNDER the vehicle and found supposedly $1,300 worth of additional work. Tried to convince me to fix it - they would loan me a car, etc. Even after I explained that it was not my car - they asked me if I could reach my bf at work ... no. They never took me to see the damage or what needed to be done, worn parts, etc. (most places I've worked with ALWAYS take me under the car). Instead they showed me what parts were "worn" by pulling out a picture of a car's undercarriage.

My bf then took his car to a small local mechanic near our house ... they said it only needed it's wheels balanced. Even when he asked him point blank about everything Honda said was wrong, they said no. It would have been easy for this small mechanic to pull one over us since he went there thinking that he having to replace these things.

Terrible salesperson: I found the salesperson I interacted with to be pushy, intrusive and constantly pressuring me to do what he wanted me to do. He also had a poor attitude and got angry when I did not want to drive a car he selected for me. I will never return to that facility.

great dealer: Honda Village was great. They made it so easy unlike some other places. No pressure and no sales tactics. The showed me my car then gave me all the numbers so i could make my decision. I highly recommend them.
