I had been to her before in the past for simple trims and colors and the job was done well but always took forever because she tried to keep 2-3 chairs going at one time so I sat there while she was coloring or cutting someone else and I was wasting my time with hair 1/2 done! I recently went to her for a new cut. I brought along a picture that she apparently paid NO attention to! The haircute is NOTHING like the pictures and on top of botching the haircut she cut bangs into my hair when the picture had no bangs, I had no bangs and wanted no bangs! I'm devistated and horrified with this horrioble haircut that I didnt ask for. I will NEVER go back!

I brought my daughter there to have her hair fixed. As an average teenager, my daughter is sensitive to her hair. Hanna is great. She listened, and finished her hair better than she had imagined. And it turned out I had my hair fixed too. Both of us walked out with great new looking. We feel great. Thanks to Hanna!

Hanna is great! Very creative and gives you the best haircut to frame your face.So accomodating and very much in sync with the most current styles!I cannot wait to go back.Why go elsewhere-Go to Hair By Hanna.
