RUDE manager - My wife and I are account holders and needed a form certified, which only the manager could do. So, over a weekday afternoon, we stopped by repeatedly, but he was at lunch, out of the office, etc. (Lunch apparently lasts 2 hours for BoA branch managers!) Finally, told to return at a certain time, we did - but he had left again. We didn't complain*once* - totally calm, totally flexible. But--! When he finally returned, he was *incredibly*, inexplicably rude! He saw us but made us wait another 10 minutes, didn't say "hello" when he returned to his desk ("where's the form?" was the first thing he said to us), *brusquely* demanded identification -- made us feel like we were asking for a gigantic favor! We're surprised he didn't ask us to kiss his ring.

We were staggered by his attitude. t's amazing what people think passes for service - and of all places: in a federally bailed-out bank in the midst of a contracting, recession economy!
