User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest pizza in Needham! With over 10 lunch options on needham st, with a variety of lunch and dinner items, pizzapalooza ranks number 1. The amount of flavor per slice is amazing- everything tastes fresh and homemade. They are super friendly for a small type of joint with a large love and pride for their product, which in my opinion, makes this place a success. if you care about what your put into your body, they will treat you well:)

This restaurant has excellent pizza, many different toppings to choose from. They have several different varieties available daily and the pizza is already made, you just wait about 5 minutes for them to heat it up for you and you can enjoy your lunch. I come here often with the child that I take care of and she loves it too. The staff is also very friendly. I will continue to eat here regularly.

Don't Hold Your Breath When Ordering Delivery: Great pizza but delivery is PAINFULLY slow and the customer service of the staff leaves a great deal to be desired. After placing an order and waiting over an hour for our delivery we called to check on the status and were told that the pizza hadn't even left yet. It was promised to us shortly. Two hours after ordering, a second call was placed. At that time it was implied by the individual who answered the phone that we should have expected a delay because we ordered during the lunch rush on a Friday afternoon. Apparently, 11:30 is when their lunch rush begins. When we inquired about whether or not we were still expected to pay for our late meal, we were told that a credit would be made against our next order and that nothing else could be done for us since the order had been processed. I can honestly say that after this experience, I will not be placing another order with this establishment.
