there are 3 things to do before you go to Rich's car tunes.
1. shop around get quotes to how much an instillation will cost.
2. Go to Rich's get a exact quote in writing before he does any work.
3. do not let Rich change the price or add extra cost on after he starts to work. He love's to do this.
Overall his work is excellent but he over charges excessively. Therefore you must do your homework before you go there to see what other places are charging for the same work and similar equipment.
He is worth somewhat more because of the good work they do, but do not allow him to over charge you, I would say no more than 20% of your average quote.

Do not let him change the price after the work has been started, hold him to the original agreed-upon quote.

I can't say this enough however if you can do this the period work is excellent

Rich's is great. Upgraded the stereo in my van. Makes listening to music a pleasure again. Great components, timely service, fair price.

Awful: Stay away from Rich. I had headlight security installed, and they didnt do it right, resulting in my battery being drained. When i brought it back to them to rectify it, they would not acknowledge that there was a problem, and second, he tried to make me sign an estimate just to look into the problem. He doesnt' keep appointments well at all. Professional installation? far from it......
