It is very annoying and frustrating if you have had a sick child through out the night and you are desperate to make an appt. and have to call innumerable times to get through but no matter how many times you call you will get the busy signal before 9am anyways.

They've added staff. We haven't had a problem getting an appointment even day of.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsCon: impossible to make an appointment: Not bad pediatricians, but it is practically impossible to make an appointment. You are greeted with either busy signal or nurse's suggestions, only to hear in the end that their "policy is not to schedule appointments in advance. Please call tomorrow between 8-8:15 am". (And when you call next day between 8-8:15 am, busy signal will greet you.)
