| About: | Our grandfather got into the car business while selling vegetables at the Farmers' Market in Waterbury, CT. It was there that he decided to start fixing the trucks that both the merchants and the farmers used for business. In the 1930s, he started a repair shop which grew into a full-service station and ultimately used vehicle dealership. In 1947 we became a new car dealer. We have been part of the Waterbury, Connecticut market for years and now, with three generations of ownership, we have grown our New England business into 6 franchises in two states. I initially went to Wellesley Mazda because it was the closest to my home. My first impression was that the building was kinda old (they are building a new one as we speak though). However once I started talking to the salesperson I realized this is not a car buying experience I was used to. They were friendly and not pushy. Even though it was close to closing time on a Friday night they patiently let us test drive different vehicles. There was no pressure and the bargaining was very civilized. I got a good price for my trade in and the car. They stayed 2hrs past closing time to finish the paperwork. The next day the car was ready as promised and someone came by to explain every part of the car and make sure I was satisfied before I drove it off. Since then I've been back for service several times and each time they've done a great job. I have no qualms wholeheartedly recommending them when it comes time for you to shop for a Mazda. Once their new building is complete it should make the experience even better.
The service department is very efficient and trustworthy. I have felt like a valued customer the three times I have brought my two year vehicle in for service.
Consistently good service- no concern or repair too silly or trivial. If I buy another Mazda it will definately be from them.
