I just have to say that this is the best flower shop in town!!! Their arrangements are absolutely beautiful and at a great price. The service is outstanding too. My 6 year old daughter is a huge fan of Needham Florist, since they gave her a balloon and candy (for free), I'm certain that she'll want to revisit. It's nice to know that there are still businesses that actually care about their customers. Thank you Needham Florist. -Jenny
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOf all the florists I have had the opportunity to use, Needham Florist, by far, is exceptional. Whether walking into the establishment, which is wonderful with the many choices of fresh, beautiful flowers (as if you were walking into an aromatic, colorful garden) but the staff is more than helpful and friendly. Always a smile and willingness to help. Or for delivery which is always done with no problems and on a timely basis (even of holidays!!!). I recommend Needham Florist highly and have been doing business with them for years. There is a reason why they have been on Great Plain Avenue for, at least, a decade. It's probably because of their outstanding customer service as well as exquiste merchandise. Thank you for the opportunity to post this review.
