User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMe, my wife and grand daughter have been with Dr. Zaknoun for well over two and a half years now. I have had many other doctors and they can't compare to Dr. Zaknoun's knowledge and care of her patients. As with anything, when new it takes a short time to establish a relationship. I find Dr. Zaknoun and staff to be friendly and caring. As with any business if you approuch them with an attitude then expect the same in return. One prior review sounds like a major attitude was there.
I personally recomend Dr. Nada Zaknoun to all my family and friends. Once you know her you will find she is friendly, caring and very thorough with her patients. I fully trust her with my life and am very proud to be a patient of hers. I who as a male thought I could never go to a female doctor and not be uncomfortable has been proven by her to be wrong.-

I was shocked when I heard about the previous reviews. I have been a patient of Dr. Zaknoun for a year. During that time she has been fantastic. How many offices can you go to that she comes out to get you from the waiting room, listens to your concerns and takes action. The very first time I called, the receptionist was not warm and fuzzy, but serious. I found out later that she was just being professional and have since found her to be friendly and courteous. My husband was sick a few months ago and his dr. in a large practice didn't see him. First the hospital sent him home from the E.R. and then the nurse practitioner saw him and sent him home, with no follow up. I called Dr. Zaknoun and he was hospitalized immediately and she organized excellent care for him and he recovered from a very serious pneumonia. Our two children have also switched to her and are very happy. So, please don't give too much weight to the previous reviewer. Dr. Zaknoun is excellent.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe worst doctor office experience I have ever had!!! I was her patient all of 1 week. She has THE RUDEST staff I have EVER met!! And this includes all the offices I have been to outside of this area. Dr Zaknoun did not at all listen to any of my needs or concerned and prescribed me something I told her I had reactions to. Then when I tried to clear up the issue and get a different prescription her office staff yelled at me on the phone. They are without a doubt the most obnoxious people I have ever dealt with!!!! There are soooo many good doctors in this town, and she is NOT one of them. I am a happy happy patient of Dr. Eby's now.

I went to this office when I was in high school. I completely agree with your experience! I was always afraid to call because the woman who answered the phones was so rude!
