Ok so I guess I have to be the saving grace of these reports from these ignorant people. As a chef, I know what goes into making dishes successful and what it means to keep things on a regulated and managed schedule. If you are looking for homemade pizza that your grandmother used to make, this is not exactly that. The quality of the ingredients that go into the pizza are in general quite good.
As a response to the previous posters remarks that the "crust" (which is technically the part at the end of the pizza, whereas the dough is the thing they are referring to) is like cardboard, it is not. If you take the 10 seconds to specify that you want it well done or not well done (as in the doneness of the dough itself...being that well done is more firm and has a slight char to it), then they will gladly do as you specify.
Finally, if you are expecting a delivery to be fast, and fast especially if you live near the restaurant...it doesn't work like that. As someone who has delivered pizza's I can tell you this : It has to do with when you order, how many orders are ahead of you, and how well you have tipped in the past (as unfair as that sounds). So, in closing, please read my review as pretensed previously in the post. The pizza is fine and quite good for an italian mass market pizza. I hope this helped.

What are you kidding me? This chain's pizza has been bottom quality since the new ownership took over from the local people a few years back. If you like microwaved frozen ravioli and meatballs that taste like golf balls this is the place for you. Pizza crust is like cardboard and the telephone answering system plays a god-awful recording of a commercial while you wait and wait for a dopey teen to answer! Papa Gino's is the pits!
