User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOn June 19th, went to this dealership to buy a new fj cruiser. The female sales person was very imature, when offered for my trade an insulting figure, I started to leave and then she said a number I agreed upon. When we sat down she started to complain that it would take a long time before the new fj came in and that they would take a big. loss! She kept saying this, and said she wanted $3000 down on the new vehicle- I said I'd think about it-I left and went to Bristol Toyota, and put $1000 down on the same vehicle, and got a good price for my trade, for which this dealer kept their word!!!
