We vacation in the New Bedford area every year. Have been searching for a great Portuguese restaurant for several years. Stumbled upon this restaurant and based on reviews decided to give it a try. Took the entire family and everyone loved it. Yes the steak is great and the gravy is to die for. The atmosphere is nice and has a bit of elegance. Wait staff is very friendly and professional. We enjoyed it so much my wife an I went back the next night on our "date" night. Second night we focused on seafood including one of the scrod dishes and the Paella. The Paella was stuffed with all kinds of tender shellfish. Despite the high quality of the food, the prices are very reasonable.
Will be going back next year. -

I never write reviews, but this time I had to. Just a short note about the food: it's simply very very good. Very refreshing cooking.
