   Happy Garden is one of those hole-in-the-wall places where you can get hundreds of excellent choices in simple chinese food. They have all the classics from pu pu platter items to sesame noodles to my all time favorite General Tsao's Chicken. They have Amazing fried chicken wings at the lowest price I've ever seen and they make what are quite possibly the best fried wanton I've ever tasted. Their Wonton Soup is simple and filling and both their counter service and their delivery are fast, friendly and accurate.
   
   Give this place a chance. They deliver anywhere in Fall River within a reasonable time frame. They serve good sized portions. And you can tell that they put alot of work into great tasting food.
   
   One thing though. Don't order the shrimp toast. I used to swear to anyone who would ask that their shrimp toast was the Food of the Gods, the Best of the Best. Then about 2 years ago the started making it another way (Don't ask me why) and now they are these wretched burned bits of ash and fishy paste not fit to feed my cats. Surprising in light of the quality of most of their food but there you go.
   
   The restaurant has a small dining area which is quiet and VERY dark. The place is very clean if a bit cluttered with paper goods stacked in out of the way corners (apparently overflow from an overstuffed stock room). It is run by what appears to be a HUGE Chinese family. Even though they are usually yelling to each other an about 12 simultaneous voices and all speaking in what seems to me (I'm no expert) in chinese, I always get the distinct impression of familial chaos when I'm waiting for an order to come up.
   
   A walk in order has never caused me to wait longer than 15 minutes and often under 10. The fried food (my weakness) is never greasy. The counter staff are friendly and mostly easy to understand (you know what I mean). This is a good place for Chinese Food and I highly recommend it.

   They do have good food & fair prices. Probably the best Chinese food in Fall River since China Royal. You can not eat inside there during the winter because they have no heat in the restaurant. The workers do wear winter coats while working, as some other writer already mentioned. So take out is your only option.

   Probably the best Chinese restaurant in this city. I have family that actually drive over a couple of towns to eat here. The food is always fresh tasting and the prices are very low. Not in the best area but always clean. The fried chicken wings are the best!
