I have nothing good to say for this store. I entered the store on September 26th about 11:00 am. I was greeted by a very nice Salesman, who spoke with me for a few minutes, I asked questions about a Seely Mattress, because I had purchased one in Florida in 2009 that I really liked and was going to buy the same one for my home in Dartmouth. At one point he coulcn't answer a question and turned to the other man in the store for an answer. He went on to give me the history of how they selected their lines and told me the $1700 mattress I was looking at replaced the one I bought for under $800. in Florida 3 years ago. I at that time said I'm not paying $1700 for a mattress, he just turned and said, "well it's been nice doing business with you, have a good day and walked away. I left the store, and went to Sleepy's and bought the same mattress where the salesman was the best and immediately said to me, let me see what I can do to help you. Mattress Giant apparently doesn't need sales, they have no desire to even try to work with you on the price and the persona of that salesman(I think Manager) left much to be desired. I would tell everyone to not even bother trying to go there to purchase a mattress.
