Terrible Managerial Skills: I've been drinking DD coffee from this and other locations for years as explained to the manager, "AJ". When I brought my home cannister of DD coffee grounds to this store and explained how this coffee, purchased here, has made me sick over the last week, he said he needed the bag it came in or a receipt. He said he needs to report everything to his supervisor and could not give me a new 1 pound bag of coffee. I suggested he call the supervisor, but he quickly said he is not available right now. I could have gone about this many different ways, but chose the most civil one. AJ, on the other hand, made a disappointed customer completely dissatisfied with a bad taste in his mouth.
