User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI love the new location. It's closer to the highway and it has a cozy feel, and the parking is a great improvement. I always feel like family when I go in. They take the time and effort to give a great cut with awesome color! I won't let anyone else touch my hair.

I look GREAT and I LOVE my hair! I was facing a ginormous dilemma because my friend (in hair school) colored my hair and it turned a muddy green-gray brown color and she didn't know HOW to fix it and I was leaving for Chicago the next day to attend a food convention. I dropped in and Sharon, Nicole and Kim colored my hair a DELICIOUS chocolate brown, with "mahogany" hilights and a super sexy short cut. I have been going to the convention in Chicago for the past 7 yrs - I'm a caterer - and everyone RAVED about my hair. My guy LOVES it! I REALLY recommend this salon because they sure know what they are doing.

the receptionist argued with me about my hair and i dont think she even has a hair license. the place is tiny and dirty looking. when i called to complain about my hair they argued then when i came back to have them fix it they charged me just as much as when i first came in. when i called to complain the second time they never answered or called me back. how do you do business when your never open???
