    On Nov 4 '07 we tried to phone Silko Kia/Honda at 10:30 am - we phoned 3 times and let the phone ring 20-30 times and no one ever answered.....We decided to go elsewhere for our new 08 auto....sorry Kia...Chris and Donna

    customer service: I've been in the customer service industry for 9 years and know what to expect. Silko Honda had the worst customer service all together(sales,service,receptionist,service manager, and general manager.) I wanted to buy a car from them and they didn't have what I was looking for. I ended up purchasing my 02 Honda Civic Si through Boch Honda and let me tell you there is an obvious reason why they are the #1 Honda dealership in the United States. Quality all the way. They were farther away, but worth the price in gas.
