User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsVery disappointing. The people were very good, thoughtful and professional, but the food was a let-down. The antipasto was huge, but only because it was on what seemed like a peck of iceberg lettuce, and consisted otherwise of sliced if salami and cheese, with some not particularly good tuna and a few vegetables. The haddock was acceptable, but the alfredo sauce was too thin, and the sauce on the linguine needed some flavor. I was overcharged $1.50 for a glass of wine, and the tab seemed to be $6-7 over the menu prices. The grind of pepper in the shaker was larger than the holes in the cap, and it had to be removed to allow me to shake some out sideways. I repeat that the people were professional, but no real Italian restaurant would serve antipasto with iceberg lettuce of salami sandwich slices, or sliced cheese. The antipasto here was formerly heavenly, but no more. We will not return. If we get a gift certificate, we will give it to some homeless people. Very disappointing.

Attempted to have dinner there with my wife for Valentine's Day. Service was horrible. No napkins, no bread plates, dirty silverware. When asked for assistance, rebuffed. Holiday menu included minestrone soup, but was told it was not available at 7:00PM. Walked out, never to go back !

We had 8:00 P.M. reservations and finally got seated at 8:52 P.M. By 10:00 P.M. we were asking where our food was, which came at 10:10 P.M. The food was totally disgusting, and I also asked for linguini and got angel hair pasta. They did not compinsate us in any way at all. I will never go back again and I will also be spreading the word on our dissappointing Valentine's Day dinner.

I can't rememeber the last time I went to a restaurant on a holiday and did not have to wait even with a reservation!!

I think you have no idea what you are talking about!!! This place ia a GREAT restaurant!!! They have great food,great service, and great prices!! The prices match the menu, Maybe you should pay closer attention to details. Perhaps Bella Roma would be happy to have you!!! Where they scoop and serve all their food instead of cook it to order. People like you should stay home.
