    There was this old Catalpa tree in the backyard of our three unit condo in Cranston. It was a large tree with those giant bean pods and drippy brown stuff. I never liked the tree but the other two owners said it was old and should be saved. Without any intervention from me the tree died. I had heard Mike’s ads on the radio and called him. He came, gave me an estimate on Friday, crew came on Monday, tree and all it’s mess – GONE! And he was within $50 of the other estimates. Hard to find people who do what they say they’re going to do!

    Mike's Professional Tree Service is one of the most honest, trusting and caring business around.

    I had mike come out and cut two trees down (very close to power lines). He is very inexpensive. I had a little pine tree growing on the side of the dead tree he and his crew was about to cut down. I didn’t even have to ask, but be used care when cutting the dead pine down and saved the little healthy pine tree. Don’t believe me? I got pictures to prove it.

    I ordered 4 cords of hard firewood. When we stacked it we only had 2 1/2 cords and there was soft wood and junk mixed in and little hard wood. I called and complained and was told Mike put the wood on the truck himself and that he gave us what we ordered. He wouldn't come out to see the stacked wood. It was in the 90 degree range when it was delivered, does he think we used some of the wood? I made a complaint to the better business bureau and Mike lied to them and told them that whatever solution he offered me I refused. I never heard from him. His office staff is rude also. Do not do business with him he is very dishonest, cheats people and lies about his services. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
