    i've been to this location a couple times. Each time i wasn't greeted properly because there was no one at the front counter to take my order. I've had to take my food back up to the manager because it was made wrong. i've delt with one female manager twice, who told me to hold on while she finished a conversation on her celll phone rather than listen to me! i mean i thought the customer came first!
