I was extremely pleased with the level of customer service at Tarbox Toyota during a recent trip to have my Scion serviced. The staff is extremely friendly and personable and the service technicians completed the work very quickly.

I took my car to tarbox toyota to get my bumper repaired. They contracted it out to a third party paint guy who painted it without sanding or prepping it. The car got caked on dirt and fish eyes (little pock marks) in the paint and now the paint is peeling. The car's original paint is underneath the peeling areas. I have taken it to four body shops and have been told it is peeling because it was painted so poorly. They also said it would cost $600 to fix and I might as well get a new bumper because it would cost so much to remove the bad paint job. When I called Tarbox and talked to Craig and Ray in service not only did they refuse to help me, they implied that I was trying to get money of out of them to make a profit.
