User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis place is terrible. They cause so many problems for families instead of helping children get ready for school. The really obese teacher screams at the children. The teachers and staff are only nice to the parents that kiss up to them. If you don't - watch out. They like to call DCYF and file false reports.

This is not true. Tri-Town Agency and staff are very welcoming to all families. We like all other agencies are not perfect, however we always work to meet the needs of our children and families. We have to follow many steps before we make a DCYF call, it is not a process we take lightly. If a call was made then the situation was warranted. Our agency, and our staff our mandated reporters, which means we HAVE to make a call if we suspect neglect or abuse, even if we don't want to..because that is the LAW! I am sorry you had a bad experience.
