    Poor Customer Service! Made a "reservation" for dinner on three days prior to Valentines Day. Upon arriving a few minutes early for my "reservation" I was told that they were running about 45 minutes behind with reservations because of patrons that had walked in. I guess people that take the time to make a reservation are not important in this establishment. Looking at the amount of people in the restaurant waiting area, it was apparent that it was going to be longer than that. I heard most people saying that they had been waiting for an hour and a half! A phone call to people telling them that their reservation is no longer valid would have been appropriate! Also, I feel I should mention the unsafe setting that I witnessed yesterday evening as I am a proffesional in the fire service. People were shoulder to shoulder in the lounge and waiting area. Well above the legal occupancy allowed for each room. It was disturbing to see this as we all remember what can happen when overcrowded establishments catch on fire and everyone tries to exit! I strongly urge you to patronize some of Narragansetts finer restaurants, rather than succumb to this dump!

    Exquisite: The finest in authentic Spanish cuisine. Beautiful atmosphere and great service but pricey.

    DELICIOUS: I come here every friday night, it has fantastic food and good drinks. romantic setting and nice atmosphere.
