Went today, The office staff did not aknowledge us for 20 minutes. I knocked on the window to see why and the person who answered me was rude and sarcastic. I guess she was busy chatting with her friends. There is really no medical facility like that in town but I have had issues frequently over the years with the office staff. They act like they have something better to do besides help the customers. As with any business it's all about how you treat people. If you can make it past the front room you will be treated much better by the medical staff.
I only visit the medical establishment when I need them. Last year I had been bitten by a deer tick and naturally, almost to the day (2 weeks later) I began having flu-like symptoms and had a bulls eye type rash on my abdomen. Vist to the urgent care confirmed my suspicion of Lyme Disease. Dr. Andreozzi prescribed an antibiotic that I didn't tolerate well and after informing him he changed it to an antibiotic that worked. No lectures about routine visits to the Dr. of my choice, and for that I was grateful. I never hesitated later to go to the clinic for a Tetnus shot after I cut my hand with a garden tool and knew I was due for one as it had been over 10 years since my last one. Hats off to an efficient and well run clinic. Sorry we moved and will no longer be using it. Thanks to all, Ellie
no problems here: i have had many dealings with this office and for how many people they see and the wonderful care that is given, if you can't give the courtesy of 24 hour notice when cancelling, then how can you complain about being booked 3 months out. i would refer anyone I know to this office because i know they would be taken care of.
