About:You can find everything from beef Wellington and Dover Sole to handmade pastas and desserts at this restaurant. Capriccio's also offers more than 550 wines. There are two dining rooms carved out of the historic cellars of the building, where tuxedoed waiters give tableside service. Alcoves and cobblestone floors add to the Old World charm. There is also a plush lounge and piano bar, complete with singers four nights a week.

    Very disappointed. This place used to be the best in town. However it is apparent that the quality has decreased. Service was good, however the food was at best average. We got a beef wellington that was not cooked. The pastry was totally uncooked. We also got a dish that was supposed to have lobster in it. Not a spec of lobster in it.
    Do not expect Capriccio to be the way it used to be. It isn't!

    As a native of Rhode...: As a native of Rhode Island I can tell you that we have lots of great restaurants. I've traveled all over so I am able to compare and say we have some of the best food here. However, Capriccios stands out not only for its delicious food but also for its classy atmosphere. This is the place to go for that special occasion.

    Expensive, but absolutely worth it: If you're looking for a High End, Expensive, but absolutely worth it evening then this is the place to be. Great food and even better wine list, romantic low lighting, and a fantastic staff. (dress to the nines and bring her there in a limo)
