Early on I used a couple of computer services in the area. When one of
them wiped out all my emails & email addresses, I found PM Computer.
I have used them 3 or 4 times in recent years (latest:Summer, 2009) and
they are responsive, knowledgeable, professional and result-oriented.
And all that comes with a friendly, patient approach, listening to the problem(s) and going from there. I swear by them.
PM is first rate and I would recommend them to anyone, without reservation.
PM Computer Service is a great company. I recommend them highly to anyone that has problems with their PC. It is great to support local businesses and PM Computer ranks high. I have watch them expand and grow over the years. They are all dedicated hard workers.
To all computer User,s in and around greater Woonsocket.
I have known this man for a number of years, since Manville RI where I believe he first open, He has always been some what of a straight shooter. Recently I had him do some work on my system, format and reload windows. To my dismay This man cant be trusted any longer with any of my Computer system,s. I went there to pick my system up and it was done, But here is where it gets weird, He tells me i needed to load the driver for my DVD burner made by Phillips. So I try and try and it tells me it cant load the driver. So this tells me that he did some thing to the burner or he replaced it with one that looked the same .
So how did he reload windows with out using the DVD drive!! THIS IS THE QUESTION OF ALL QUESTIONS!
I recommend a boycott of his service at all cost, A Friend even came to me with a complaint about same person.

Rich, I've been using PM Computer Services, Inc. for many, many years and I believe that you obviously are very frustrated with the workings of your system. But, I know for a fact that this store is trustworthy. You need to get a better understanding of how systems work before you go accusing people of being dishonest. If you didn't know how to reload your DVD burner software you should have given it over to someone who does. I have never had an issue with this company and would recommend all repairs of any kind to anyone.
Wow, I am really surprised to read this review. PM Computer has been an amazing service to my company for years now. I have never had such a problem and they always respond to my needs quickly and efficently. I wish you better luck with your computer systems in the future but I think a boycott is extreme.
I read your complaint. I do not believe that he told you to load drivers for a DVD rom. What he must have told you was to load the software to be able to burn discs. I think next time you shopuld put your brain in gear before putting your mouth in motion. You give me the impression that you should be banned from using computers until you grow up.
I have but one question for you. How can you attack a company's integrity without first giving them a chance to fix what you perceived as a problem? The "problem' lies with your not being too smart. If I were the owner of the company I would make you answer for your slanderous remarks.
