User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNice apartments,not so great areas. Terrible management! Joan Gemma basically interrigated me as if I were a criminal looking to live with her! She spoke down to me and acted like I was a bad person for having a low credit score without knowing my situation. She denied me an apartment when she would have been getting a responsible, clean, reliable tenant! Whatever!!!! Her loss! My kids wouldn't have had a yard there anyway!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have been renting from Gem for almost 3 years now, and we've become like family. I must say that they are some of the nicest people I've been associated with. If I have had any trouble with the apartment they have have responded almost immediately. Renter / tenant relationships are a two-way street, though - respect thier property and they will respect you. I'm very happy with Gem.

Great Customer Service: I've been renting for almost a year now & they have been more than nice. You are even able to pay your rent with a credit card. So when things are tight there's always a way. I even locked myself out of my apartment and so in the middle of the night they had someone come and open the door for me. I remember I was short for time and I needed an apartment in a hurry and they showed me 7 apartments in one day. It was even supposed to be there day off. If I had to pay rent then I would want it to be with Gem.
