My husband and I just chanced upon this wonderful restaurant on a visit to Providence two weeks ago. We live in North Carolina. This was absolutely the best Thai food ever! And the Thai ice tea is something not to be missed! We were there for lunch. We had the chicken pad Thai, with soup and jasmine rice. Outstanding!!! Yes, it is small, but the atmosphere was cozy, and we were not rushed at all. I wish it was just around the corner, as I would definitely dine there often!
totally unimpressed. after reading all of the positive reviews we ordered the chicken pad thai, the yum nurr and steamed crab dumplings, and for nearly $35 ($4 for the delivery service) we expected more than we received. the noodles were over-cooked, the chicken (along with the rest of the pad thai) was arid, the steak arrived cold and overcooked, and the dumplings were a little bland. However, the flavors were all there, so maybe next time we'll eat in.
Best Thai in town hands down! Cozy environment. Will return frequently.
