   Avoid this rental agent: Bilodeau is a very unprofessional and unethical property manager. They like to charge tenants a "finders fee" for their apartments. Considering I did all of the research myself, they basically charge a half months rent to simply unlock the door. They are also very slow at providing basic maintenance. For over a year, I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling - a slow steady drip of brown, rusty water. They also damaged some of my stuff held in storage and refused to replace it. And lastly, don't expect to get your security deposit back. They find any little excuse to keep it. I am not alone - at least 3 other co-workers had similar issues. The only positive thing to come out of it is that in the few years since I moved out, I've steered at least 20 potential clients away from them.
