All have been good, But i have to say the guys who own the gym now are great!! always helpfull, and have made sooo many much needed improvements, including new plasma tvs, new equipment, and new staff. I love it here and would never go any place else.

Great gym!!! the place is HUGE. Im not sure what day a few of you people went in on but when i signed up 2 months ago everyone was so friendly. They signed me up for 2 free personal training sessions and even gave me 1 extra free session when i was done. Best gym I have been to so far and i have tried golds gym and planet fitness and they fail to live up to there "hype"

I have to agree that the bathrooms are nasty and it really needs a paint job! I love it there though! I see them clean the equipment and vaccum all the time before they close. The trainers and owner at the location are awful. Its the best gym in RI if you are a bodybuilder or powerlifter. Its big and quiet and they have a lot of equipment.

The owner of this location is awful and does nothing to improve it. I'd love to buy him out, this place has serious potential.

The Cumberland location is much better. Smithfield is unfortunatley a dump....
