The ice storm this winter did a lot of damage to every car my familty owns!! We werent sure where to turn because we have never experience such great damage on our cars.Trees went through our windows, and on top of our cars and even damaged the roof of our house. Overwhelmed with all the damage we didnt know where to turn. Our insurance company reccomended Fine Lines to bring our cars to be fixed. When we got there, the parking lot was packed full of cars also damaged due to the ice storm so that most lilkely meant 2 things...a long wait for our cars to be done, and that we picked a great place to come seeming everyone happend to be there. We thought it would be forever before our car was attended to but to our astonishment, we recieved a call the next day with an estimate! We were all set up with rental cars and knew that we picked the right shop. The professionals at fine Lines worked very hard on our cars and kept us updated on their status. I knew I was in good hands and confirmed that when my car was finished. My fmaily and i are very pleased with the customer service we recieved at Fines Lines.
Fine Lines is the first place I think of when it comes to my cars repairs. They have very knowledgable representatives and mechanics at the shop. I always feel comfortable with their estamites and the repairs done to my car. If your looking for a good place to go fine lines and is great choice. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
Rude Technicians Who DOn't Do Their Jobs Properly
After my car was hit by falling trees during an ice storm, I went to Fine Lines on the recommendation of my insurance company. What a mistake. All the people I dealt with on the phone were extremely rude. They were very uncommunicative as well -- I was constantly having to call them for updates since they never called me. The technician who did the initial repair estimate didn't even bother to do it correctly. After I was told by my insurance company that the car could be repaired, I called Fine Lines to get an estimate of how long it would take. That's when the tech told me that he needed to do a second estimate since the first one he did was basically a quick one because he figured the car would be declared totaled. Sure enough, after the second estimate, it was. I will never use this body shop again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else. They don't care about their customers. Gate City Collision in Nashua is much better.
