User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI really wish the customer service was different here because the food really is pretty good. Everytime I get take out they forget something, if I call to let them know it's like Im inconveniencing them. I find it inconvenient that they won't give me a time I can expect the food to be delivered, why can't they give a estimate? The last time I called a few days ago to order for delivery I was put on hold and I was disconnected. I called back letting the man who answered know what happened and before I could even finish he let out this sigh, again with the feeling of inconvenience. I asked what his problem was and he seemed pretty shocked I asked such a thing. I guess no one else has called him out on his attitude problem. Either way I let him know I wouldn't be ordering there again. It's too bad like I said before, they are close to where we live and the food is great for take out. Hope the owners see this and choose to restaff.
