I just visited this small park today to see if any units were for sale. This is a park where you can see there is pride in ownership. The residents take very nice care of there units and yards! I was impressed with the orderliness of this park, having seen most all the Mobile Home parks in Southern NH, this one is quite nice. There was only one unit for sale, which shouldn't surprise anyone who visits, I think folks want to stay and reside, stay put and enjoy what they have in Cook's. (August 3. 08)
