While I did not buy my car at Rockingham Nissan because I live out of state, I do have my car serviced there on occasion and I must say they are extremly nice. I have not had any issues at all.

have been dealing with Rockingham for 19+ years, overall has been pleasant. of course everyone cant be happy all the time, but i would not let one bad apple spoil the whole bunch

We knew a car buying experience can be painful, but what we left with after Rockingham is a new appreciation for the importance of good customer service. Dealers make 10-20% profit off anything going off the lot and sales in 2008 have been down over 7%. With that in mind, we were appalled by the lies and the indifferent attitude of our sales consultant. First, they pushed the lease even though we wanted to buy. Second, they lied about not having the color we wanted (they wanted to sell something off their own lot). Third, they tried to "sell" us on the published rebates that come with the x-terra with no additional discount--the rebates are an entitlement. Fourth, they low-balled us well below the Kelly Blue Book value for our trade in (2002 excellent condition tacoma). Fifth, they cut us off in mid-negotiations because the salesman wanted to go home for the night. Lie after lie after lie. Horrible customer service. I am writing to Nissan right after this as well as the dealer to let them know how bad this experience was. DO NOT waste your time with this company. IT WAS, BY FAR, IN OVER 12 YEARS OF BUYING NEW CARS, THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A DEALERSHIP. All car dealers are sleezy more or less, but these guys really take the top prize. I went down the road to IRA in Tewksbury, MA (was previously trying to avoid them due to their annoying adds on the radio) and had a completely different experience and had a new 2008 x-terra within 24 hours of negotiations at a very fair price with a decent price for my trade in and truly outstanding customer service.
