User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWe visited the Manchester location on Sunday (10/11) to watch the football game. We've been to this place several times. Overall the atmosphere is great and the waitstaff was mostly on top of things.
I wanted to comment on a menu item that is SUBPAR.
The SLIDERS: Four mini burgers topped with 1000 Island dressing and onions. Served on a bed of pickle chips.
Well this is NOT what I received and I didnt notice the error until another in my party was looking at the menu again.
What I did get was four mini buns with a larger burger cut into 1/4s with a pickle and onions on top. NO Pickle chips and no 1000 Island dressing.
I asked the waitress about this and she said "well thats the way we server it here".
BAD SERVICE!!
I wasnt looking for a freebie. Just an answer.
We've been to other places that served this item and it was served properly and was delicious.
For that reason I will no longer be spending my money at your place of business and I will tell all my other friends as well.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI've been working nearby for over 2 years and go for lunch here with my colleagues when we want to talk about work without being overheard. That means about every two weeks. Unfortunately, there's never the same wait staff twice in a row. Bartenders seem to last a month. And it seems the kitchen staff must change almost as often. I used to really enjoy getting the blackened burger. Now it seems to be really good 1 time in four. Today I ordered my usual blackened burger and I got the blackened chicken. My buddies ordered their usual Cuban sandwiches and both of them complained that they were nothing like they used to be. Best thing about the place is that you never have to wait to get a table. I wonder why?
